Not a generic connector.
Classes and locations.
The agent learns your class and location splits and suggests the right allocation, per supplier and per transaction type.
Custom fields.
Custom fields on bills and invoices are kept and filled from rules you set once.
Sales tax.
US sales tax, VAT or GST: Synced reads the QuickBooks tax centre and applies the right treatment.
QuickBooks Advanced.
Multi-company, advanced reporting tags and batch-pay workflows, on Grow and Firm plans.
“Class and location mapping was the deal-breaker. Synced picks them up from the bill and gets it right nine times out of ten.”
Questions, answered.
Which QuickBooks version does Synced work with?
QuickBooks Online: Essentials, Plus and Advanced. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported yet.
Does Synced support multi-company?
Yes, on Grow and Firm. Multiple QuickBooks company files, separate rules, one shared queue.
What happens if I disconnect?
Sync stops and your QuickBooks data stays untouched. Synced keeps your documents and the agent's audit log.
Do I need to clean up my chart of accounts first?
No. The agent works with your chart as it is and learns from your coding.
